Kesler Science at Region 14 PD session!

Calling all 4th-8th grade Texas science teachers in Region 14 Education Service Center’s service area - Kesler Science is coming to you this summer! We are excited to announce that we will be providing a day of professional development at Region 14’s North location on June 26, 2025 from 8:30am-3:30pm.

Katelyn Whitehead, our Account Manager for school districts in Texas, will be leading three sessions for teachers to enjoy in addition to ample time for lesson planning and collaborating with other teachers, whether you are a Kesler Science Member or not! Our three sessions will include:

• Kesler Science Membership Orientation - Take a deep dive into the Kesler Science Membership and review how our resources fall into the 5E lesson sequence. Free Sneak Peek access will be granted for teachers who are not currently Members.
• Amazing Anchors - Learn more about engaging students through phenomenon-based learning and discover new ways to incorporate phenomena in your lesson planning.
• Station Labs - Explore our 9 exploration-based stations that will allow your students to take more ownership in their learning.
